Starting a new project can sometimes be a challenge.  This is a new initiative for you and your business, something that is not often undertaken.  You have to do research of the business problem, the software that you have or that you might buy.  There is a lot of trial and error.  You often don't know where to start looking.

Our Project Quickstart is meant to help you get over that first hurdle quickly.  The faster you start, the faster you can get the benefits.

We sit down with you to understand the business problem that you are trying to address.  We help you to identify potential alternatives and develop a one page plan to get you started.  In one session, we provide you with a plan that may take you weeks or months to develop on your own.

If the plan looks like something that requires assistance on an ongoing basis, we can help with our Project Support Plan or our Advisory Service.  You make the decision as to how much help you need.
